City of Zadar will organize a public opening of tenders for the “Procurement of equipment for the Rector’s Palace” on Thursday, 3 March 2016 at 2 P.M. in the Great Hall on Narodni trg 1.

The procedure will be carried out in order to choose the equipment supplier for the Rector’s Palace. They will provide the Palace with necessary elements, for which the grant is ensured from within the EU funds.

The tender documents are published in the Electronic Public Procurement on Monday, 25 January 2016. Everyone interested can download it and review it for free. Since the procurement is of a great value, it is also published in the official journal of the European Union.

Upon completion of the public opening of tenders, whoever has submitted its offers will be publicly known. The selected tenderer will be the one whose offer is at the lowest price and the information will be known after the review and evaluation of all the tenders.

The authorized representatives of the City of Zadar will review and evaluate received offers in the next few days in order to determine which of the them meet all the requirements.

In the process of tender review and evaluation, each offer that is positively rated and has met all the requirements, will be ranked. Consequently, a valid offer with the lowest price will be selected, all according to the prescribed criteria of the lowest price.
